Description

The Canon EOS R50 with RF-S 18–45mm IS STM lens is a lightweight, compact mirrorless camera designed to help you transition from smartphone photography or entry-level DSLRs to a more powerful interchangeable-lens system. It features a 24.2 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor and Canon’s DIGIC X image processor, delivering detailed stills with rich color and excellent dynamic range.

Thanks to Dual Pixel CMOS AF II and EOS iTR AF X, autofocus is fast and accurate for both photos and video, making it easier to keep subjects sharp. The camera records uncropped 4K video at up to 30 fps (with oversampling from 6K) and Full HD up to 120 fps for smooth motion and slow-mo footage.

The included RF-S 18–45mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM lens gives you a versatile focal range (approx. 29–72 mm full-frame equivalent) suitable for landscapes, portraits, street photography, and travel. Optical image stabilization helps reduce handheld blur.
